Thanks for the response. I have generated a temporary code that can be used to log into your account as a verification code. The code is valid for 24 hours.


Once you have successfully logged in, you can choose how you would like to manage MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) on your account to avoid getting locked out of your account in the future.

We recommend using the Salesforce Authenticator app to manage MFA for your account, but there are also other options available.

ここでもらったテンポラリーコードでログインし、一度Salesforce Authenticatiorを削除して、再登録することで無事連携できた。しかしなぜ無効になったのかはわからない。数か月放置すると解除されるのかなー。
